Ive started a new DA. I felt that the name 'vector-rae' was too vector based. I experiment with a lot of different artforms, and so I started a DA to showcase everything I like to screw around with.

Yo, Im alive. I took a long break from vectoring, mainly due to school. However, Im ready to start again. I need to start to be more true to my own personal style and what I want to draw. We'll see. I have some stuff Im working on.

Man have I been terrible about vectoring. I haven't done in a vector is so long, the last one was at least last year. LAST YEAR! I cant believe its April Fools day today! Crap.

Im actually on spring break at the moment. Im packing and about to go spend 3 wonderful days with a boy <3

Ive gotten the opportunity to do some really cool things this semester. This past week I had a group assignment where we had to find a space on campus and transform it into something that would generate for interest from the people passing by it. My group did this carnivale inspired booth called Paint the Human. We all dressed in white shirts and old jeans and had squirt guns with paint and paint buckets and such and encouraged people passing by to paint us! It was amazing fun! We had Journey playing from my car too to make it even more fun. Despite it being a cold, wet nasty morning, it was awesome and I think we scored well on the project. We even had little bags of goldfish you would 'win' like how you can win goldfish at regular fairs. Except ours was the crackers

Uuuuuuum. Thats it for now. I will have time for vectoring as some point in time. Id like to turn this journal into an all around art journal and post all my crazy shit, even though its called vector-rae! We'll see. Then at least I'll be updating

Lots of changes in life as of late. My Dad getting married, my best friend getting married, another one of my best friends moving back home, and I've left behind some of the negative things in my life. I've never felt better.

Thank you to everyone who has recently added me as a watch, I will be returning them soon (Im about to pass out on my bed atm, haha).

I've decided that my days of tracing vectoring are done. I always told myself I did it for practice, to get better as drawing humans in Illustrator. I just feel like if I don't stop, if I don't take off the training wheels, I'll never truly get going. I've always wanted to be a reference-free artist. I've always wanted to attain that level of talent. Hopefully I can. I believe I can, so I have to try I have some ideas for works Im currently sketching out.

I start classes back up tomorrow, so my time will be limited (plus I play way too much WoW), but hopefully I'll have some new work soonish? Who knows.

And yay, I got my shadow priest to 70 <3
